Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Job Summary:We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a 155-bed Long Term Care facility in Las Vegas. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitative programs to promote mobility, relieve pain, and improve quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required by facility policies and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current state license (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior experience in a Long-Term Care or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
