Access Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment Inc. is Hiring a RN/LPN - 2p-10:30p Near Moses Lake, WA

We're looking for dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our long-term care facility team. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, monitoring resident health, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Qualifications include a valid RN or LPN license and experience in long-term care preferred. 

Shift

2PM-10:30PM (4 shifts on/2off) 

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct nursing care to residents according to their individual care plans and physician orders.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor resident health and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  4. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
  5. Document all nursing care and observations accurately and promptly in the resident's medical record.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  7. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers, providing support, education, and guidance as needed.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff, following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  1. Valid RN or LPN license in Washington 
  2. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families.
  6. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
  7. Current CPR certification preferred.
