RN - 3PM-11PM w/ every other weekend rotation. 9-week contract July 30. 2024 - September 24, 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans
- Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Current Delaware RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Compassionate and caring demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional care
