eadership and employee development. -Completes Operational requirements by managing employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise. Ensure that office staff are following written company policies and procedures. -Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and the coordination of ordering supplies and equipment as needed. -Maintain internal and external compliance requirements, HIPAA Compliance. -Manage staff training, employee follow through and documentation of client and/or outside agency/customer complaint calls while working directly with Clinical Directors. -Escalate critical issues in a timely manner. Demonstrated ability to make decisions based on best information at the time; explains decisions to others and honors them; acts in a timely fashion; demonstrates flexibility and creativity in finding solutions; takes appropriate risks. -As a member of Access Ohio Leadership, keeps the CEO and other management team members informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends (office productivity, billing, and employee attendance). -Participates in continuous quality improvement activities that contribute to the ongoing management, adherence and planning for funding, accreditation and licensing site visits ( Joint Commission, OMHAS, Medicaid, etc.). *Experience Required: * -Minimum of 3 years in a medical office setting. -2 years in a supervisory or management position. *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* -Knowledge and experience in all aspects of billing. -Knowledge of regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance. -Human resources experience in hiring, supervision, and performance reviews -Knowledge of HIPAA and labor law -Knowledge of maintaining supplies and equipment for the medical setting. -Strong customer service skills -Ability to communicate professionally with prescribers, nurses, administrative staff and patients.
