Accessia Health is Hiring a Digital Brand Manager Near Midlothian, VA

REPORTS TO: VP, Marketing and Communications
POSITIONS MANAGED: None
STATUS: Non-exempt

The Digital Brand Manager oversees all digital marketing strategies for the organization in collaboration with the VP of Marketing. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing initiatives that increase online brand recognition and awareness. The position oversees all digital advertising, social media management, market research, and analytical reporting to gauge the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

This position is considered remote but may require quarterly travel to the office headquarters in Richmond, VA.

Salary

This role has a target salary of $60,000 to $65,000 annually, based upon various factors including location, experience, and education.

Core Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive digital strategies that align with business objectives, and that are tailored to target audiences.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and marketing tactics to ensure the department's efforts remain competitive and relevant.

Digital Content Creation and Execution:

  • Campaign Implementation and Analytics
    • Digital Advertising Campaigns: Run targeted ads on social media and other platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and provide insights.
    • SEO/SEM Strategies: Optimize Accessia Health's website for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM).
  • Social Channels:
  • Create, execute, and manage engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Calendar:
  • Develop and maintain the department's content calendar to plan and organize marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns:
  • Create and execute compelling email campaigns that keep the organization's target audiences informed and engaged.
  • Content Creation:
  • Write informative and SEO-friendly content for the website to attract and engage visitors.
  • Video Storytelling:
  • Produce videos and written testimonials that tell Accessia Health's story, including interviews with patients, staff, and other key stakeholders.

Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, working in collaboration with the teams to monitor key metrics and engagement rates.
  • Analyze metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, etc.) to inform strategies.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Constant Contact for competitive analysis, keyword research, and tracking SEO performance.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboard and share regular reports.

Collaboration with Marketing Team:

  • Work with the VP to enhance the website's design, content, and functionality.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and tasks.
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research for informed decision-making.

Maintaining Online Presence and Reputation:

  • Review and monitor all brand mentions online and across various channels and platforms.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to reviews, comments, and inquiries.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role or similar.
  • Experience in the healthcare and/or nonprofit industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of market/industry research methodologies and their application in shaping marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Experience in creating engaging digital content for diverse channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and video storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of effectively using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Previous experience in managing SEO/SEM strategies and tactics.
  • Proficient in key marketing software used, including SEMRush, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Constant Contact, , Canva, and other relevant tools.
