We are looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced HR Business Partner to support our human resources operations site in NYC.

As an HRBP, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR solutions and collaborating with managers to lead insightful HR processes, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, and promote the organization's values.

What will you do:

  • You will be part of our HR team, reporting to the Global VP HR
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Provide business partnership and coaching to mid-level managers
  • Provide HR Partnership to employees at all levels to allow professional and "high touched" HR support and advisory
  • Ensure that personnel policies and procedures are followed and provide input on policy updates in line with changing regulations or practices.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and People Experience to support or implement people initiatives.
  • Analyze HR processes and make actionable recommendations based on data.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field required
  • 5 years of experience as an HR Manager/HRBP in a global /international high-tech, fast-paced environment – Must
  • Excellent communication and people skills, team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent coaching and relationship-building skills.
