Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) a national nonprofit profit provider of housing for adults with disabilities and seniors as well as veterans - seeks a full time Regional Housing Manager at our administrative office in Saint Paul, MN (I-94 & 280)
Our Regional Housing Manager will manage locations throughout their assigned region to develop/monitor annual budget, market property, oversee move in/outs and supervise building staff. This position will also maintain appropriate records according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other funding requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted. Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in the area of multi-site housing management. Experience with HUD affordable housing and rental assistance programs. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. This position will require moderate travel ability - you must be available to travel as needed (out of state)
