- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for a retail setting.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Prepare classroom for class activities.
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources to meet individualized learning style.
- Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students varying needs.
- Instruct and monitor participants in the use of learning materials and equipment.
- Use relevant technology to support instruction.
- Observe and evaluate participants performance and development.
- Provide appropriate feedback on work.
- Encourage and monitor the progress of individual participants.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of participants progress and development.
- Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required.
- Participate in meetings and/or communicate necessary information regularly to participants, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher level of education in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work and all other healthcare related degrees.
- 2-4 years of Leadership Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
