Accident Centers Of Texas is Hiring a Front desk medical receptionist Near Frisco, TX
At the Accident Centers of Texas, we are looking for a Bilingual, friendly, outgoing, confident and experienced Medical Front desk Individual to join our practice in our Frisco Clinic! Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts and coordinate with other departments for record management.
Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Must be a team player. Bilingual : Must be Bilingual Computer Literate. Must have previous EMR experience At least 1 year of experience in the Medical office as as Front desk / Schedular Powered by JazzHR
