Job Details
- Assists in creating and maintaining Change Management policies and procedures
- Evaluates and recommends methods and tools for streamlining and improving the change process
- Conduct assessments, identify objectives, develop recommendations, and establish implementation plans for issues of key importance
- Present functional models, process flows and/or wire frame diagrams to key stakeholders
- Deliver comprehensive communications, including designing and writing communications and job aids
- Develop and apply evaluation methods that measure the effectiveness of the organizational change management strategies and activities
- Partner with project or program managers to integrate project and change management plans that align strategies, objectives, and timelines
- Adhere to and be compliant, as applicable, with GLBA, FCRA, FCPA, CAN-SPAM, RESPA, UDAAP, as well as all other federal, state and local laws, and company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor s degree OR 2 years equivalent in work experience preferred
- Knowledge of change management principles OR project management approaches
- Change Management or Project Management certification is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex project documentation into more broadly understood terms for key stakeholders and sponsors
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Jira, preferred
- Stable broadband/high-speed internet connection for tele-training and online learning
- Mobile hotspot not accepted
- Experience with teleconferencing
- Access to a quiet workspace
