JD:

Experience providing WAN support in diverse environments for a minimum of two years.

Cisco Certification (CCNA or higher)

Demonstrate a working knowledge with the following:

Network infrastructure (WAN, MAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, QoS for Data, Voice, and Video)

Network protocols (IP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, IPSec, etc.)

MPLS / VPN / Hybrid WAN / SD-WAN / Metro Networks /leased lines

Network Hardware (Cisco routers and switches, cabling, Palo Alto firewalls)

Network configuration related to Cloud Providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

Network security (firewalls and security monitoring)

Public and private DNS (Microsoft/AWS Route 53), DHCP

Network Monitoring & troubleshooting (PRTG, Nagios, MRTG, Wireshark, NetFlow, Riverbed Profiler, SNMP)

Identity Management (Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, 2Factor Auth, TACACS, Cisco ACS, Radius, PEAP)

VOIP and Collaboration Systems (Skype for Business, Teams, Slack, Avaya)

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to work effectively within and across teams, developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders and VIP s.

looking for Network Support Engineer who can
1. Provide ops support like enabling ports, handling site outages, deployment of hardware/software and prod support primarily for Wireless network and troubleshooting WAN issues
2. The Network tools used by the client - Palo Alto Firewall, SD WAN (Cisco Catalyst), Switches - Cisco Catalyst 9200 & 3500 series, Wireless network (Cisco WLC) which they will be migrating to Juniper over the period of time so good to have Juniper skills.
3. Good communication skills as the person will interact mostly with VIPs PREFERENCES
The following are preferred for this role but are not requirements:

• Cisco Certification (CCNA or higher)
• AWS Networking skills
• Network Automation tools and methodologies (Puppet, Chef, Ansible).

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
