• Ensures customers receive monthly invoices on-time and accurately.
• Performs revenue assurance audits in order to identify, analyze, mitigate and prevent revenue leakage.
• Maintains compliance with Supplier s contractual billing commitments.
• When customers or business partners have questions, collaborate across functions to resolve them.
• Point of contact for finance and billing escalations, and ensuring proper controls are maintained
• Supports monthly invoice generation including gathering billing data, calculating and posting charges, and creating and distributing invoices.
• Critical requirement!! - Must be comfortable with repeatable database entry of product service charges and associated charge information. This will likely be a daily requirement.

• Reviews and researches data to identify and resolve errors and billing variances.
• Processes customer requests for credits and monitoring contractual commitments.
• Coordinates rating calculations and adjustments and provides written confirmation of resolution
• Produces standard and non-standard reports for Customer and account teams.
• Support for billing development and testing for customer's inventory and ordering system and internal Verizon Billing Assurance, taxation and IT as well as external order, inventory and finance support for Customer
