Role overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will help source and select a high performance team in support of Accolade’s largest customer facing organization, Care Advocacy. You will navigate the El Paso talent market to identify customer service professionals skilled in creating a world class customer experience for our members. You will partner with the Operations leadership team and People & Culture Business Partner to facilitate talent delivery through each phase of the hiring journey.

A day in the life…

  • You will represent the Talent Acquisition organization in our new El Paso facility as the main liaison to our onsite Operations Leaders.
  • You will regularly identify new talent pipelines in the local market and evaluate their performance in delivering the skill sets our Operations organization requires for success.
  • You will screen applicants through a validated competency model that ensures the candidates interviewed possess the behaviors and skillsets that predict success in our environment.
  • You will partner with Operations Leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to interview Customer Support professionals, using a metric approach to candidate evaluation.
  • You will lead & participate in our interview debrief and new hire selection process, deliver employment offers, and guide new hires through a positive onboarding experience.
  • You will support other function’s hiring needs and general TA support as needed, if hiring demands flex for your assigned area.

What we are looking for…

  • You are a skilled brand ambassador who understands the importance of the candidate experience
  • You build and maintain healthy and productive working relationships
  • You are comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms for candidate sourcing and applicant management
  • You have exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • You have a customer-centric approach to engaging internal customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years or more experience in recruiting, preferably in the El Paso market.
