We are looking for a new team member that has some previous experience working in a Painter/Make Ready position. This position will be responsible for:

• maintaining common areas and grounds/picking up grounds
• painting make ready units
• drywall repairs and other interior/exterior painting projects
• assisting with preventative maintenance program
• powerwashing

Must have the ability to work with Lead Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Previous experience in grounds keeping and painting preferred.

The person hired for this position will need to have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Must be willing to have overtime as this position will require some "on call" duties for after hours maintenance emergencies. This is a full-time position that will offer insurance and 401K after a 90 day probation period. Hourly pay rate will depend upon experience. Competitive salary and benefits.

• Porter/ Groundskeeper: 1 year (Required)
• Residential painting: 1 year (Required)
