You will utilize your experience with:

• Minimum of 2 years as a residential Property Manager
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, multi-tasking and communication
• Proficiency with YARDI, Entrata preferred or other property management software
• Successful track record in marketing and leasing to maintain occupancy
• ARM or CRM certifications desirable
