- Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth
- Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion
- Becoming a local expert on organizational technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels
- Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry
- Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, or specialty medicine
- Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine
- Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to define and implement strategic plans
- Comfortable thriving in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills
- A driven professional with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding results
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and independent approach to overcoming challenges
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Base - $115k - $135k
- Target Commission $65k uncapped.
- Total $180k - $200k uncapped
