We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist. This individual will be responsible for leading and executing key human resource initiatives for the company with a compliance focus. Collaboration, initiative, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail will be key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated problem solver with an extreme focus on details, compliance with hiring standards, employment laws, customer support, and positive interactions throughout all levels of the practice. This position requires a high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a hybrid schedule with an office located in Brooklyn, NY.
Essential Functions:
Partner with Onboarding, Regional HR Representatives, and SVP of Compliance and provide support as UKG (HRIS) Administrator.
