Showcase your interpersonal strengths as Assistant Guest Services Manager, where you will lead, train and recognize your team in support of exceptional guest service!
Salary Range : $70,000 to $74,000 annually, depending on experience
Summary of Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notify proper departments as required
Attend regularly scheduled departmental meeting
Assist in managing the departmental budget
Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
