Job Description:
The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for leading all HR functions and driving strategic HR initiatives to support the company's growth. This role provides leadership and guidance across all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and safety. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Design and administer competitive benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment through the development and implementation of safety protocols.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through employee engagement programs.
• Manage all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and recordkeeping.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of experience in a leadership role within the HR function.
• Experience working with large hourly workforces (a plus).
• Demonstrated success in building and leading HR programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Proficient in HR software and technology.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
