About This PositionThe Employee relations specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team. Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails to the Agency HR extension and group inbox with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
  • Review and authorize employee overtime.
  • Help resolve employee incidents .
  • Distribute incoming application materials for processing.
  • Be able to direct callers or tasks to other Human Resources Teams .
  • Work with internal and external parties to resolve issues brought to the HR team.
Requirements
  • Two-year degree or one (1) year of experience in a human resources field.
  • Exposure to home health or human services is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grown in the PCA Choice field.
  • Pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
