What You'll Do
- Records and updates employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
- Examines employee data to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
- Assists with HR projects and initiatives as needed, including ad hoc projects as they arise.
- Manages new hire communication and onboarding.
- Owns all administrative tasks associated with employee offboarding.
- Utilizes HRIS system for record keeping and compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
- Assists with all miscellaneous administrative tasks as it relates to the HR Department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.
- Associates degree preferred; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
