Required Skills
- 5 Years - Strong experience in using T- SQL query language in data management, analysis and reporting in MS SQL server environment
- 3 Years - Knowledge in development, change management and testing.
- 5 Years - Strong SQL development experience; this includes advanced SQL query development and SSIS development within SQL server environment
- 5 Years - Considerable knowledge and experience in database structure and design in the MS SQL server environment.
- 5 Years - Considerable knowledge of data quality management and procedures. Ability to explore and understand the data structure and contents
- 3 Years - Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- 3 Years - Experience with XML
- 2 Years - Knowledge of public health disease surveillance and data; experience with reportable disease/health-related information systems & management
- 5 Years - Maintain documentation of processes, procedures and manuals.
- 3 Years - Experience using R or SAS
- 2 Years - Experience with Health Level 7 (HL7) messaging standards for electronic lab and electronic case reporting
- 2 Years - Experience with reportable disease/health-related information systems & management
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, and/or equivalent experience and training
- Ability to analyze and develop efficient solutions to data problems in a logical and systematic manner
