• Develops, implements and assesses specific new and emerging technologies, platforms and services.
• Responsible for Deployment and Support of our Kubernetes platform security initiatives
• Codify security policies and controls and engineer them into the platform
• Automate various process flows to improve developer Experience
• Automate Configuration management and enforcement of the same in the pipelines and the platform
• Assessing the technical viability of emerging products and technologies.
• Working with developers and infrastructure specialists to test and evaluate new technologies.
• Participating in the development of business cases and obtaining approvals for capital expenditures.
• Monitoring and analyzing new technology product performance and resolving issues regarding potential improvements or modifications to complex situations, as needed.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 7 years of experience preferred.
• University degree.
• 2 years of Shell/Linux experience with RedHat Sysadmin Certificates for RHEL7 or above.
• 2 years of experience with Python programming
• 2 years of Kubernetes hands on experience
• Desirable /Nice to have- CKAD and/or CKA certification
• Prefer candidates with Computer science background with hands on coding & automation experience
