THE OPPORTUNITY AccruePartners is advancing our Project Consulting Solutions Practice. We are seeking a Project Consulting- Business Recruiting Manager to manage the lifecycle talent management process for our practice. You will be working with the most highly coveted and sought after companies in the Carolinas who are our amazing clients. There will be a broad client initiative base, where a team of experts will support you and provide all the tools you could need. This position is ideal for an individual with a background in consulting who possesses an interest in sales and recruitment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our community of consulting professionals within one of our areas of expertise (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, IT, etc.). AccruePartners is investing in the future across our 6 lines of business. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who is looking to pivot to a boutique management consulting agency with the full support of a well established talent solution provider.
Matrix reporting, pulling together talent supply decks to solution client requirements.

LOCATION
  • Onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina 5 days a week initially.
  • Fridays remote after first 90 days with a ton of flexibility but we are an in-office and on-camera company!

  • This role is the connector of people, the advocate of talent, and the educator of the employment market to candidates and clients alike.
  • Candidates must have a passion for achieving excellence in client and candidate interaction and be highly self-motivated.
  • Matrix environment; This position will report directly to the division VP in an area of expertise such as; IT, Marketing, Corporate Support, or Accounting and Finance, while having a dotted line to the Project Consulting Solutions experts to deliver the highest quality of re-deployable consulting talent through a human-centered approach to project consulting.
  • Possess an ownership mentality of an Opportunity Pipeline for Project Consulting roles within your dedicated line of business. This includes:
    • Creating and maintaining a candidate pipeline of top-level consulting talent
    • Actively and directly recruiting on Project Opportunities and open consulting requirements. to achieve maximum value for our clients and internal stakeholders
    • Attending Client Meetings with Sales Managers and Project Leaders
    • Delivering Deal Values as projects are being scoped and executed in partnership with the Consulting and Sales Leaders
    • Collaborating with Project Consulting Solution leaders to define project scope, requirements, timeline, pricing, proposing, and statement of work development
    • Maintaining a Managed/Consultant Resources deck to present to clients as needed
    • Creating a sense of community throughout the recruitment process through project delivery to redeployment
  • Be the subject matter expert for the Carolinas hiring market within your division for Project Solutions.
  • Collaborates with the client development and project consulting solutions teams to understand client needs and communicate Accrue's perspective, solutions, and value.
  • Represents Accrue's delivery team in client-facing meetings, fostering discussions on solution opportunities and articulating Accrue's impact and value proposition, while positioning and presenting top talent as needed.
  • Our Recruiting Team possesses a no-fear attitude towards making cold calls to attract top talent and build our network.
  • This position is critical in communicating effectively on the telephone and through email as the best candidates in the market are directly recruited or referred by relationships.
  • Proven negotiation skills, and the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period.
The Background That Fits
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as management consultant or in consulting recruiting with a solid understanding of project delivery lifecycles. Possesses an interest or a background in Talent, Recruitment Delivery and Candidate Presentation for project solutions.
  • Ability to interact with high-level candidates, consultants, and clients while driving urgency and operating with an ownership mentality.
  • Excellent business acumen and research skills are critical.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and candidates.
  • Effective at presenting and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Possess a natural curiosity, creativity, desire to learn, and be client service oriented.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly polished, and professional atmosphere.
  • Technical skills in O365 Products; PPT, Excel, Loop, Teams, One Note, Bullhorn ATS/CRM/CDP with many technologies supporting analytics and automation.
