  • Leadership Experience: 7 years of experience in technology leadership roles with a proven track record of managing diverse IT teams, including Helpdesk, Network Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Engineering, and Data Analytics.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to speak strategically to the business, evaluating current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations for in-house development vs. off-the-shelf solutions.
  • Technology Expertise: Deep understanding of technology architectures, trends, and emerging technologies, with specific experience in MS Stack, Power BI, AWS/Azure cloud environments, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborative Leader: Experience working closely with executive leadership and across departments to drive a unified technology strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Cultural Alignment: A strong alignment with the company's values, including sustainability, community impact, and a commitment to affordable housing, demonstrating leadership that resonates with the company's core beliefs.
