- Research and review data across platforms to ensure completeness and data integrity, resolve issues when they arise.
- Manage customer profitability data initiatives, coordinating with internal and external business partners.
- Work in alignment with internal and external business partners in adapting to meet the changing needs of the business, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to set priorities for business and information needs.
- Manage systems, tools, and processes by becoming skilled and serving as a knowledgeable resource for specific reporting tools
- This involves creating specifications, service level agreements, user assistance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions.
- 3-5 years of experience within Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data
- Hands-on skills with SQL (python knowledge preferred)
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), data warehousing, ETL processes, Snowflake, SAP Hana
- Project Management skillset and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to lead in a fast paced, constantly changing, growth-oriented environment
- Strong business and financial acumen
