- Journal Entries and Coding:
- Prepare and record monthly journal entries, including intercompany allocations, accruals, amortization, payroll, and addbacks.
- Ensure accurate account and cost center coding.
- Reconciliations and Analysis:
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations for corporate financials.
- Review monthly account reconciliations across multiple companies.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations.
- Handle bank reconciliations and maintain the daily cash log.
- Reconcile credit card accounts.
- Fixed Assets and Audits:
- Maintain the fixed asset ledger.
- Assist with year-end audit support.
- Closing Processes:
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting related positions
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of proficiency in excel
