- Handle break/fix issues, network troubleshooting, PC builds, and general desktop support.
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of IT-related issues, directly impacting the productivity and effectiveness of the in-house support team.
- Unique opportunity to engage with employees face-to-face, providing immediate support and maintaining optimal technology performance.
- Experience in Network Support
- Proficiency in Windows 11 support
- Expertise in PC builds and troubleshooting
- In-person support experience
- Familiarity with Teams or Webex (Cisco) video conference and equipment.
- MS Active Directory experience
- Basic familiarity with Azure
- Experience administering a Microsoft environment
