Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Fast keyboard skills strong data entry
Detail oriented
- Conduct account reconciliation and analysis
- Utilize accounting software to process transactions and generate reports
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and GAAP
- Requires a minimum of 1-3 year’s work experience in accounting / finance, with an emphasis in the area of credit and collections
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to download & manipulate large quantities of data (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)
- Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders
