Direct Hire Permanent Position!!!

Duties:

• High volume pace - paying vendors
• Billing
• Invoicing
• Bank deposits
• General ledger coding and accuracy
• Analysis of unpaid invoices and any discrepancies
• support month end closings and finance departments with special projects and requests and expense reporting support

Requirements:

• MUST BE ABLE TO BE IN THE OFFICE DAILY - MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
• 5 years Accounts payable experience in Construction REQUIRED
• Sage 300 CRE / Timberline - REQUIRED
• Sage HH2 (Cloud Support) - preferred
• Backup AR and Payroll preferred
