- 1:1 Nursing
- 5yr old with Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Gastrostomy, Seizure activity
- Afternoons: 4pm-9pm and weekend overnight shifts: 9pm-7am in patient's home
- Some additional shifts available
- Patient-specific training provided
- Experience with pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator required
- NYS Nursing licensure required
- Must be computer literate
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training
- Other cases available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)
- Sign on bonus starting at $1,250*
- $30-32/hr
