*Job Overview*
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and our customers that call in for support. Duties include providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
*Duties*
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer inquiries
- Ship supplies our customers order via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex
- Maintain customer account records and ensure information is entered correctly
- Assist with ordering equipment and supplies
- Utilize our industry software E-Automate for managing customer data
- Manage office task that will include using MS Excel, Word, Outlook etc..
- Communicate effectively with our service and sales team
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Internet and web portals
- Very Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.64 - $14.37 per hour
