Accurate Electric Unlimited, Inc. (AEU) is a quality Electrical Services Contractor that specializes in design build electrical systems for Commercial / Industrial / and Detention Facilities. We manage projects that range from maintenance and service calls to turn-key ground up electrical design and installations. AEU currently has an opening for a Project Administrator who will receive direction from one or more Estimator / Project Managers. This is for a specific project in Vancouver, WA that is expected to be in construction through the end of the year on a 5/10 schedule. There's a possibility of this position morphing into a Junior Project Management role after the project is completed.

The main priorities of the work include:

• Track and log daily, weekly and cumulative project laborer hours.
• Assist with RFI management.
• Create and manage submittals.
• Ability to read invoices to track and log materials.
• Assist with QA/QC form creation, distribution, and tracking of the job.
• Create labels using Brady Workstation Software.
• Utilize various project management systems (i.e. Procore, Conest)
• Assist with technical issues in the job trailer.
• Take meeting notes for reference

Skills needed:

• Proficient in adobe & Microsoft excel (create documents, summaries, forms, financial tracking, etc.)
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Demonstrated strong computer skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to problem solve and use critical thinking to identify challenges.

Education / Experience desired:

• Construction background or education preferred.
• Budgeting and accounting knowledge helpful.
• Procore PM software
• Conest Estimating Software

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
