Accurate Personnel is Hiring a National Sales Manager Near Hoffman, IL

Top client at Accurate Personnel seeks National Sales Manager. Our client is a small, privately held company strictly focused on manufacturing devices for precise, accurate measurement of torque. Their customer base is wide and diverse and they have sold to virtually every manufacturing company you can think of all over the world. This product is critical to the success of the company because it establishes product performance, determines the efficiency of their products, and optimizes their products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front in high-impact situations, serving as a thought leader and executive sponsor for key accounts
  • Own your teams’ performance against all sales goals and ensure cross-functional partnerships are productive and efficient.
  • Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Support any technical escalations that may arise from your team’s presales activities (product questions, feature requests, etc.)
  • Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
  • Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining manufacturer’s representatives.
  • Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment serving one of the following industries: automotive, oil & gas, or HVAC
  • Experience running scalable and consistent feedback loops to help your team share knowledge and advance toward their sales goals.
  • Experience aggregating and accurately conveying input from prospects that drives product development
  • Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams (Product Management, Customer Success,
  • 4 years' relevant experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
