• Oracle CDM SDH IT Architect who can design an overall solution architecture and product-specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients.
• Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution.
• Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services.
• Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes-related to Customer/Supplier data hub.
