Job Summary:
As a Marketing and Business Development Representative, your primary role will be to forge and sustain partnerships with local clinics, promoting our exceptional allergy services. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clinic staff, and negotiate agreements to secure fruitful partnerships. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our presence and revenue streams within the local clinic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clinic partners within your designated area.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, including physicians, office managers, and medical assistants.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight our allergy services.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, covering pricing, contract terms, and service delivery.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the partnership process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, pipeline development, and partner relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven success in establishing partnerships and generating new revenue streams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the allergy or broader healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance reimbursement processes.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) systems.
