## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all global financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization, both in the US and UK.

## Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Manage payroll processes
- Oversee all aspects of accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards
- Implement financial concepts to drive business decisions
- Perform double entry bookkeeping

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with account analysis and reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity bespoke ERP systems

- Strong IT background
- Background in governmental accounting

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
