Outstanding Home Health Medical Social Workers (MSW) needed in Alameda & Contra Costa Counties. Our office is based in Orinda and we are looking for the right persons to join our Case Management Team.
Positions can start per-diem or part time and could quickly grow into a full time, benefited position.
ACE Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated agency. We are growing, and are seeking talented and compassionate professionals that want to make a difference in the lives of their clients.
The ideal candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of social work. At least 2 years experience working in social work, which may be in an acute care setting. Must have effective communication skills, knowledgeable of current community services available, be reliable and have a positive attitude, which fosters a cooperative and positive atmosphere.
