We are actively seeking experienced epoxy floor coating installers/concrete polishers to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for polishing concrete to achieve a high-quality finish, complete various repairs, and install epoxy flooring systems. This position requires candidates to have the willingness to learn, be professional, work in a fast-paced environment, and have great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate floor grinding machines effectively to evenly match grinding, honing and polishing levels.
  • Operate vehicles, grinder/polishers, floor scrubbers, hand power tools, vacuums, and other industry-related equipment following safety procedures.
  • Installation of water and solvent-based materials such as epoxies, joint fillers, overlays, sealers, stains, and densifiers.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Engage in the quality control process.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn new techniques/machines.
  • Clean up work area and remove any debris or waste materials.
  • Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pounds.
Experience:
  • 2 years of epoxy flooring (required)
  • 2 years of concrete finishing (required)
  • 2 years urethane cement finishing (required)
  • Knowledge of different types of equipment
License/Certification:
  • Driver's License (Required)
