Ace Law Firm is Hiring a Legal Receptionist Near Sherman Oaks, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Organizing, indexing and filing legal documents
  • Drafting, copying and scanning correspondence
  • Answering phone calls
  • Opening new files
  • Gather client's medical records
  • Communicating with clients and insurance adjusters

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Very well organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Good writing skills is a must
  • Team Player
  • Professional and energetic
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat

Candidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of her/his ability

Bilingual Spanish speaker or Armenian speaker is preferred, but not required

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: University program or two to four years related experience and/or training; Prior experience in personal injury is a plus

Pay commensurate on experience
