```Job Overview```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Manager to join our team. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of field technicians in various landscaping and groundskeeping projects. Your leadership skills and expertise in tree care, garden maintenance, and landscape management will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

```Duties```

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of field technicians in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation.

- Provide guidance and training to field technicians on proper techniques for tree care, garden maintenance, and landscape upkeep.

- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide recommendations for improving the appearance and functionality of their outdoor spaces.

- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for landscaping projects.

- Maintain accurate records of project details, including labor hours, materials used, and expenses incurred.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience in tree care, garden maintenance, landscape design, and groundskeeping.

- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to supervise and motivate a team.

- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools.

- Solid understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance.

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
