Organic based, simple service company looking to scale.

Looking for an experienced landscaper that knows a decent amount about all aspects of landscaping. As the estimator, you'll be required to fill the schedule with accuratly quoted jobs that can be done within the estimated budgeted hours and give the crews adequet insight to each job through video links posted in the job description.

You will do a mix of "drive by estimates" which are esentually contactless estmates and some the require to meet with the customer.

To start, just 2-3 days a week will be required. If you can also complete infield jobs then your hours may raise pretty fast. This estimator roll requires you to use your own vehicle. If you do in field work as a field tech, we have company trucks for you to use.

You will recieve $15 a day gas alloance for estimating with your own vehicle and almost all our current clients are within a 2 mile radius.

Leads will be provided by website, crew members, and current customers. When leads slow down you will be required to come up with new leads and sources including doorhangers andcalling customers and managers with new service options.

Irrigation care (complex irrigation we pass on)

Small landscape projects

Snow removal

Other winter services

If certain numbers are met, position will carry on through winter and end up being a year round position. A company estimator vehicle is in the works.
