Join me (Zack F.) on Sat the 29th at @ Garland Park for interviews to see if this is the right space for you to grow your career. We will meet at 5 PM and ill try and bring a cold drink since it may be hot.
Were a micro, organic based, landscape and gardening company looking for a great leader to develop their career within ACE. We typically run 4-6 guys in summer and maybe a few less in winter. We're trying to learn how to grow in winter so we can expand during all seasons.
More bonuses will be added once we grow this location to size.
We're on the look out for 2 GM's in training. 1 will be the head GM and the other will assist the head GM and learn in order to run another location hopefully starting next spring.
The right candidates will have extensive knowledge and insight in the landscaping/gardening industry as well as management skills like estimating, invoicing, hiring, firing, managing employees, setting and meeting revenue and profit goals, etc. We're looking for people to eat sleep and breath ACE so Bonuses can be as large as possible. If numbers are met, the company pays for a once a year trip in spring (this is our first year implementing it and aiming for Maui in spring).
Our overall goal is to expand into oblivion with plenty of opportunity for growth. GM's are required to spend 50% of their clocked hours doing revenue producing services while the remaining 50% is spent doing admin work and estimates. Usually, best split into half days in field, half days out of field.
GM's will be trained by myself but since this is a first, ingenuity will be mandatory to help build systems and implement them to allow for smooth operations. We already have many systems but another set of eyes should help us buckle down the last ones we need before scaling.
Position would start Monday the 8th. Company trucks supplied. Again, just come join us and lets have a discussion on the 29th to see if this is the right fit for you!
(2-3 years is our estimate for advancement into a Regional Manager (Location Starter) position). But we have been know to shatter goals and expectations.
