You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our lease process runs smoothly for businesses, helping them navigate through any challenges and facilitating growth opportunities. This role isn't just about answering questions – it's about actively supporting business owners, collaborating with our sales team, and being the go-to problem solver. Compensation: $18 - $19 /hr
Modality: On-Site
Exemption: Non- Exempt
Schedule: M-F 7:30AM-4:30 PM

What you'll be doing:

  • Addressing incoming phone calls and email requests from partners and customers including but not limited to:

    • The online application process

    • Lease agreement finalization

    • Invoicing

    • Payments

    • Other general customer inquiries 

  • Proactively reaching out to partners and customers to answer questions and solve problems regarding their account 

  • Working with our partners to solve any issues they have with their applications or invoices 

What you have:

  • A positive attitude and a true willingness to “Do Whatever It Takes” 

  • Coachability and flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving environment

  • Creative problem solving and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues

  • Contact center or customer-facing experience

  • Computer skills and experienced using multiple applications and tools simultaneously 

What will make you stand out:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • College Degree

  • Financial Services and/or leasing experience
