Ace Recycling and Disposal is Hiring a HVAC Truck Technician Near West Valley, UT
Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Truck Technician to join our team at Ace Disposal. As an HVAC Truck Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing diesel, CNG, and gasoline engines and vehicles air conditioning systems. This is a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. The pay starts at $30 an hour, but may be more depending on experience.
Required Experience
Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or degree in heavy duty automotive technology is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel, CNG, and gasoline engines as well as class 5, 6, 7 and 8 truck chassis.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends as needed
