We continue to grow and are looking for another Lead A/C Installer and Helpers for Residential and some Commercial Change outs of systems. We do not do any new construction. We are looking for a skilled people who do quality work and are looking for a career not a job for a season as we work all year round and keep our people busy. We are a Premier Lennox Dealer but work on all systems. We work all over Central Florida.
Skills needed:
Verifiable experience in this position
Knowledge of duct work
An EPA universal card
Good customer service skills
A good drivers record
Able to submit to drugs creening and background check
A clean criminal background
The tools needed to fill this position
A positive attitude to get it done
Able to work well with others
No physical restrictions to perform the work
Five years as a Lead Installer
Helpers must have two years in the trade and EPA License
