Salary: 105,000-120,000

Koshee, a pioneering technology company with a portfolio of tech-enabled service and technology businesses, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner. Integrating cutting-edge technology such as machine learning, robotics, and automation technologies into underlying businesses has resulted in an acceleration of growth driving organizational change. We are looking for a candidate with approximately ten years of HR experience, particularly in recruiting and retaining top tech talent, building out HR functions, and strategically growing organizations. This role will focus on high-level strategic planning and structuring the HR department, working closely with executive management to support the company’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Koshee’s business goals.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment plans to attract and retain high-caliber tech talent.
  • Build and scale HR functions, policies, and procedures to support a rapidly growing startup.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational development and change management.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Approximately 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on the tech industry.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining tech employees.
  • Experience in building and scaling HR departments in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
