Ultimate Staffing is working with a company located in Dallas seeking a Customer Service Rep! This role provides ongoing customer service to customers, vendors, sales staff, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Manage customer orders, inventory checks, stock releases, and coordinate shipments.
• System Updates: Ensure customer/vendor info is up-to-date in Chempax.
• Pricing: Handle pricing inquiries, discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer product files.
• General: Maintain records, handle customer service calls, and complete assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Working Conditions: Office environment with typical conditions, including extended periods of sitting.
