You will oversee the company's various school-based services operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our school's operational strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role combines leadership, networking, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with various school districts throughout Long Island
· Attend Board Meetings, as needed, for networking purposes
· Oversee school district contracts, billing, and staffing
· CPSE/CSE experience and knowledge
· DOE impartial hearing knowledge
· Develop OT, PT, Speech, Counseling, and ABA contracts through the school districts
Qualifications
· ABA, Special Education, Education, Human Resources, or related field experience REQUIRED
· Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects at once
· Ability to attend Board Meetings (evening hours)
· Knowledge of OT, PT, Speech, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis
