- Must be able to work a full school day (8 hours), 5 days a week
- Pediatric/School experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds is required
- Current CPR certification is required (can be obtained/renewed after hired)
- FL OT License required
- Provide high-quality, school-based Occupational Therapy services to students
- Maintain all documentation required by the district including daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEPs
- Serve as an IEP team member by attending meetings and submitting paperwork as needed to maintain compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines
- Communicate effectively with students, caregivers, supervisors, and providers of other disciplines
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and team members
- Exhibit patience, kindness, and respect for others
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Be flexible and adaptable
